Not on the PC version, I'm afraid. Sorry to disappoint you. There's another thread where it's discussed in a bit more detail (link below). Apparently the Xbox 360 version allows online co-op, but the PC version does not. As far as I know, none of the Lego games on PC have online multiplayer.
