I unlocked the flak cannon for the APC by research, and want to equip it. How do I modify it? I went to the mechanic in my bunker with it, but it wouldn't let me upgrade it there. Can I only change it if I have the vehicle workshop modification in my MOC? Yeah you can only upgrade the new vehicles in the vehicle and weapon workshop in your MOC.
